We operate as the UK professional standards and CPD anchor within the wider Elite Group.
Through this role, Elite Group Education Ltd supports structured education services linked to Safeguarding and Child Protection, Leadership Development, Professional Learning, teacher integration, School Improvement, Enrichment, Digital Learning, AI in Education, Data Analytics and education partnership building across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and wider international markets.

Teacher Recruitment and Integration
EliteTeach is the teacher recruitment and onboarding division within the wider Elite Group.
It supports schools with safeguarding aligned screening, onboarding coordination, cultural orientation and professional transition.
EliteTeach does not operate as a traditional CV forwarding agency.
Its focus is teacher quality, safer integration and long term retention.

Our approach respects both UK education practice and Saudi Arabia’s local legal and cultural context.
We support schools and partners to understand safeguarding responsibilities under Saudi Child Protection Law and Executive Regulations, while drawing on UK safeguarding practice and international education expectations.
We do not import external systems without context.
We help schools build professional capability that is practical, lawful, culturally aware and sustainable.

Elite Group Education Ltd was built from real education experience and a belief that schools improve when people, systems and culture work together.
Schools do not strengthen through documents alone.
They strengthen when adults understand their responsibilities, leaders build the right systems, and staff have the confidence to act when something does not feel right.
That is why Safeguarding and Child Protection sit at the centre of our work.
Whether we are supporting Child Protection training, Leadership Development, teacher integration, Enrichment, School Improvement or Digital Learning, the principle is the same: children and young people must be safe, supported and able to thrive.
As a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, I believe deeply in professional standards, reflective practice and the importance of strengthening education through people.
Our work through Elite Group Education Ltd and the wider Elite Group is about connecting UK professional expertise with Saudi Arabia’s growing education sector in a way that is practical, respectful and locally relevant.
We are not here to copy and paste one model into another country.
